Service Rules
Supported Deals
Garant-Pro supports online deals where the parties have agreed the deal object, amount, deadlines, verification procedure, and fund release condition in advance. The service is suitable for deals where money, access, files, or digital assets should not be transferred directly before clear conditions are met.
Supported deals may include the transfer of service accounts, social media accounts, gaming accounts and game assets, digital files, documents, design layouts, work results, information products, instructions, manuals, and other digital objects that can be checked within an agreed process.
Garant-Pro may also support certain currency exchange and P2P deal scenarios if the terms are clear, the parties are identified, the source and recipient of funds are agreed, and the deal does not violate the service rules.
What must be agreed before a deal starts
A deal should not start on vague words. Before funds are transferred, the parties must clearly record what exactly is being transferred, what amount is being held, who must do what, how much time is given for verification, and under what result the funds will be released or returned.
The deal terms should include:
- the deal object;
- the deal amount and service fee;
- the completion deadline;
- the verification period;
- the method for transferring access, files, work results, or assets;
- the criteria for successful completion;
- the grounds for refunding, holding, or releasing funds.
If a term can be understood in more than one way, it is treated as a weak term. In such cases, Garant-Pro may request clarification before the deal starts or refuse to support the deal.
Prohibited Deals
Garant-Pro does not support deals involving bank accounts, payment accounts, financial accounts, stolen access credentials, third-party personal data, fake documents, illegal goods, illegal services, fraudulent schemes, money laundering, verification bypass, or attempts to bypass restrictions of third-party platforms.
The service may also refuse to support a deal if the deal object appears suspicious, cannot be safely verified, creates a high risk for the participants, or contradicts the rules of Garant-Pro.
Conduct of Deal Participants
Participants must provide accurate information, disclose important details, avoid changing terms after confirmation by the other party, and avoid pressuring the other participant.
All important terms, confirmations, objections, files, screenshots, and deal-related messages must be sent through the official Garant-Pro process. Materials from private chats, third-party accounts, or unofficial channels may be disregarded in a dispute if they cannot be verified.
Result Verification
The receiving party must check the deal object within the agreed verification period. If an account is transferred, the receiver should check access, bindings, login ability, and any other conditions stated in advance. If a file, work result, design, or instruction is transferred, the receiver should check whether it matches the agreed description.
If a problem is found, the participant must report it before the verification period ends and provide specific evidence. General statements such as “not suitable”, “wrong item”, or “I do not like it” are not enough if quality or result criteria were not agreed in advance.
Changing Deal Terms
After a deal is confirmed, the terms cannot be changed unilaterally. A new amount, new deadline, different transfer procedure, additional verification, or change of the deal object must be separately agreed by both parties.
If the parties cannot confirm a change of terms, Garant-Pro follows the original agreed deal terms.
Disputes and Evidence
In a dispute, Garant-Pro reviews the available materials: deal terms, messages from the parties, deadlines, statuses, files, screenshots, transfer confirmations, and verification results.
Participants must provide facts, not assumptions. Edited screenshots, incomplete conversations, materials unrelated to the deal, or data from unofficial channels may be rejected.
If a dispute cannot be reviewed objectively because of weak terms, missing evidence, or actions taken outside the official process, Garant-Pro may stop supporting the deal or suggest a resolution based on the information available.
Fund Release and Refunds
Funds are released, returned, or held further only according to the agreed deal terms and available verification results.
If the terms are fulfilled and confirmed, the funds may be transferred to the recipient. If the terms are not fulfilled, the funds may be returned to the sender. If a dispute arises, fund release may be paused until the circumstances are clarified.
Service Fee
The Garant-Pro service fee is agreed before the deal starts. It may depend on the deal amount, verification complexity, payment method, risk level, support scope, and the need for additional involvement by the service.
If the deal terms change after the start, the fee may also be reviewed if the new scope of work or risk differs from the original arrangement.
Official Communication Channels
All deals, confirmations, payment details, access credentials, and materials must be handled only through official Garant-Pro channels listed on the Contacts page.
The user must verify the official contact before sending confidential information. Garant-Pro is not responsible for fake middlemen, third-party Telegram accounts, private chats, or channels that do not belong to the service.
Crypto transfer restriction paragraph
We do not recommend sending crypto assets from platforms on the restricted list: Shelbit, Aban Tether Exchange, A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa, PilotFinance Ltd, Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto INC., Tradex, Monease Ltd, BitPapa, Exnode, Exnode Pay, HTX, and EXMO Ltd. Some of these restrictions apply from 13 August 2026, others from 23 August 2026. Funds sent from these platforms may fail to be credited during settlement, and the user takes that risk personally. A nice-looking transfer screenshot will not fix a payment source that the system is not ready to accept. Binance already blocks transfers from these crypto wallets.
