User agreement

Last updated: August 6, 2026

General Terms

This User Agreement governs the use of Garant-Pro and the process of supporting deals between participants. By using the service, the user confirms that they understand the role of Garant-Pro, accept the service rules, and agree to follow the terms of each specific deal.

Garant-Pro is used for online deals where the parties need controlled handling of funds, access credentials, files, accounts, digital assets, work results, or other supported deal objects.

The terms of each deal must be agreed before the process begins. The parties must define the deal object, amount, deadlines, verification procedure, transfer conditions, grounds for refund or fund release, and any other important details.

Role of Garant-Pro

Garant-Pro acts as a controlled intermediary for supported deals. The service may help the parties record terms, receive or hold funds within the agreed process, track deal status, send notifications, and assist with dispute review.

Garant-Pro is not the seller, buyer, owner of the deal object, employer, contractor, financial adviser, or representative of either party. The service does not create the deal instead of the users; it supports the process based on the terms the parties have agreed between themselves.

Garant-Pro does not guarantee the commercial value, quality, legality, future functionality, long-term safety, or market suitability of the deal object unless this is expressly stated in separately agreed deal terms. Verification of the deal object remains the responsibility of the parties.

Creating a Deal

Before a deal begins, the parties must provide enough information for Garant-Pro to understand the deal object and the procedure for supporting it. A deal should not be started on incomplete, verbal, contradictory, or unclear terms.

The deal terms should specify:

  • who participates in the deal;
  • what exactly is being transferred;
  • what amount is held or transferred through the service;
  • what actions the seller or contractor must complete;
  • what counts as successful fulfillment of the terms;
  • how much time is given for verification;
  • when funds are released, returned, or sent for additional review.

If the deal terms are unclear, Garant-Pro may request clarification, pause support, or refuse to participate in the deal.

User Responsibilities

The user must provide accurate information, disclose important deal conditions, avoid misleading the other party or the service, and must not use Garant-Pro for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited operations.

Each party independently checks the data, access credentials, files, work result, payment terms, and other deal elements before confirming completion. If a user confirms that the terms have been fulfilled, this may become a basis for releasing funds to the other party.

The user must communicate about the deal only through official Garant-Pro channels. If a participant moves the discussion to private chats, third-party accounts, or unofficial channels, they accept the risk of losing control over the deal.

Prohibited Deals

Garant-Pro must not be used for deals involving illegal goods, prohibited services, stolen data, bank accounts, payment accounts, financial accounts, fake documents, fraudulent schemes, bypassing restrictions, money laundering, or other operations that cannot be safely and lawfully supported by the service.

The service may refuse to support a deal, stop the process, or request additional information if the deal appears suspicious, violates the service rules, contains signs of deception, or creates a high risk for the participants.

Funds and Security Deposit

As part of a deal, Garant-Pro may receive, hold, or support the transfer of funds, a security deposit, or another agreed form of assurance. Funds are released, returned, or held further only according to the deal terms and available verification results.

Garant-Pro is not responsible for blocks, freezes, reviews, holds, or restrictions imposed by third parties, including exchanges, custodial wallets, payment providers, AML services, or compliance systems.

Before a crypto deal, users should independently check the sender’s wallet, the recipient’s address, and the source of funds. If the sender’s wallet or previous transaction chain has negative AML history, this risk may be carried further through the service transit wallet and to the recipient’s wallet. The cleanest crypto flow is: sender’s exchange ► service transit wallet ► recipient’s exchange.

A security deposit is not an automatic payment to the seller or contractor. It is used to secure fulfillment of the deal terms and is transferred only when the agreed grounds for release occur.

If the terms are fulfilled and confirmed, funds may be transferred to the recipient. If the terms are not fulfilled or a dispute arises, Garant-Pro may pause the release of funds until the circumstances are clarified.

Verification and Deal Completion

The verification period must be agreed before the deal begins. During this period, the party receiving the item, access, file, service, or work result must check whether it matches the deal terms and report any issues through an official Garant-Pro channel.

If no justified objections are submitted within the agreed period, the deal may be treated as completed, and the funds may be released according to the agreed terms.

After the deal is closed, claims are accepted only within the period set by the service rules or the terms of the specific deal. If deal data and materials have already been deleted under the retention policy, Garant-Pro may be unable to review a new claim.

Disputes Between Participants

If a dispute arises between the parties, Garant-Pro reviews the available materials: deal terms, messages, confirmations, statuses, files, deadlines, verification results, and other data received through the official process.

The parties must provide facts, not general statements. Messages without evidence, materials from unofficial chats, altered files, incomplete screenshots, or data that cannot be verified may be disregarded during dispute review.

Garant-Pro may suggest clarifying the terms, extending verification, partially completing the deal, returning funds, releasing funds, or stopping support if further processing is impossible.

Service Fee

The Garant-Pro fee is determined before the deal begins and may depend on the amount, deal complexity, payment method, risk level, need for additional verification, and other support conditions.

If the fee has already been agreed and the deal has started, it may be changed only if the deal terms change, the scope of work increases, additional risks appear, or the parties separately agree to the change.

Official Contacts

All requests, confirmations, deal terms, payment details, access credentials, and materials must be sent only through official Garant-Pro channels listed on the Contacts page.

The user must verify the official contact before sending confidential information. Garant-Pro is not responsible for actions of people who impersonate the service in unofficial chats, fake accounts, or third-party channels.

Access Restrictions

Garant-Pro may restrict a user’s access to the service, refuse to support a deal, or pause the process if the user violates the rules, provides false information, attempts to bypass the procedure, pressures the other party, sends prohibited materials, or creates a security risk for the service.

Limitation of Liability

Garant-Pro is responsible only for supporting the deal within its actual role and the agreed process. The service is not responsible for the quality of goods or services, future actions of the seller or buyer, account blocks by third-party platforms, changes in external service rules, market value of the deal object, or consequences of actions taken by users outside the official process.

Users understand that any online deal may involve risk. The role of Garant-Pro is to reduce that risk through recorded terms, controlled transfer, and verification, but not to replace personal due diligence, legal assessment, or the commercial decision of the parties.

Changes to Terms

Garant-Pro may update the User Agreement, service rules, fees, list of supported deals, and working procedures. The current version of the terms is published on the website or in official service channels.

Continued use of Garant-Pro after the terms are updated means that the user accepts the new version, unless stated otherwise.

Contact Information

For questions about service use, deal terms, security, disputes, or official communication channels, the user may contact Garant-Pro through the contacts listed on the Contacts page.
